Payment & Security Policy
Nepali Sundari may offer online gateway payments, UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, Cash on Delivery or other methods depending on availability. Online gateway transactions are handled through the enabled payment provider over HTTPS.
The store does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV values or online-banking passwords. A payment can remain pending until the payment provider and the store confirm the transaction.
If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact support with the order/payment reference so the transaction can be checked.
