Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Orders that have already been packed, handed to a courier, customised or otherwise made non-cancellable may not be eligible for cancellation.
For online prepaid orders, any approved cancellation refund is initiated after confirmation according to the applicable payment-provider timelines.
